- Leading product design direction for global digital experiences, with a strong focus on consistency, scalability and user value.
- Driving design system thinking across products and journeys, including governance, reusable patterns, documentation and adoption.
- Working closely with product, engineering, content, SEO, analytics and accessibility stakeholders to align UX priorities with business goals.
- Helping define and embed a more data-informed design culture through UX measurement, optimisation frameworks and performance monitoring.
