Deloitte Deloitte Global Lead Manager, Global Product Design (UI/UX) •    Enterprise Platform •    Design Systems & UX Optimisation

Overview

At Deloitte Global, I help lead product design across large-scale digital experiences with a focus on design systems, UX optimisation and insight-driven decision making. My role sits at the intersection of product design, research, analytics, accessibility and delivery, helping teams create more consistent, scalable and effective experiences across complex enterprise platforms.

The work spans design leadership, operating model improvement and hands-on strategic direction. A key part of my focus has been helping shape a more mature design practice: aligning teams around shared patterns, stronger governance, clearer workflows and measurable UX outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Leading product design direction for global digital experiences, with a strong focus on consistency, scalability and user value.
  • Driving design system thinking across products and journeys, including governance, reusable patterns, documentation and adoption.
  • Working closely with product, engineering, content, SEO, analytics and accessibility stakeholders to align UX priorities with business goals.
  • Helping define and embed a more data-informed design culture through UX measurement, optimisation frameworks and performance monitoring.
  • Leading workshops, critiques and cross-functional collaboration sessions to improve decision making and accelerate delivery.
  • Coaching and supporting designers while raising the quality of process, storytelling and output across the team.
  • Translating complex business and customer needs into clear experience principles, strategic recommendations and actionable design direction.
  • Supporting roadmap and portfolio conversations to ensure design effort is focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
